At present, Rootit provides delivery services only within Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

3. Orders

Customers must provide accurate information while placing an order, including their name, phone number, delivery address, and other required details.

An order will be considered confirmed only after Rootit accepts and confirms the order.

Rootit reserves the right to cancel or reject an order due to:

• Product unavailability
• Incorrect product or pricing information
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Delivery limitations
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded according to our refund policy.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Rootit website are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable delivery charges and other charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout.

Rootit currently delivers products only within Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Rootit will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated delivery period. However, delivery timelines are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

6. Seeds and Germination

Seeds are natural products, and Rootit does not guarantee a specific germination rate or harvest result.

Germination may depend on factors including:

• Soil or growing medium
• Temperature
• Watering
• Sunlight
• Planting depth
• Season
• Seed storage
• Growing and maintenance practices

Rootit is not responsible for unsuccessful germination caused by unsuitable environmental conditions, improper planting, improper storage, or inadequate care.

7. Soil, Vermicompost and Natural Products

Soil, vermicompost, compost, and other natural gardening products may have variations in colour, texture, moisture, smell, and appearance.

These variations are normal characteristics of natural products and do not necessarily indicate a product defect.

Customers should use gardening products according to the product instructions and suitable gardening practices.

8. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing an order.

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

If a cancellation is accepted, the applicable refund will be processed according to Rootit's refund and cancellation policy.

9. Returns and Replacements

Returns or replacements may be available for eligible products in cases such as:

• Wrong product received
• Product damaged during delivery
• Product received does not match the confirmed order

Customers may be required to provide photographs or other information to verify the issue.

Natural variations in seeds, soil, vermicompost, or other gardening products will not automatically qualify as a product defect.
